that one is your network problem, its downloading. I have given several people the link to download and it worked just fine.

Cnt d bbm app get set up on a 2G netwrk?...i serve in a village where deres no 3G..n av been @ d "settin up bbm" stage since yesterday....help plssss....

No you need a strong 3g or WiFi to complete the set-up.
