Am not a grammarian ooo
The words Being and Been were goten from Be
.
.
Be as a word tells about the state of someone
Being is d present continous of Be,while Been is part participle of Be
Going back to the main question:
Been is used when the verb 'has and have' are found in a sentence
E.g= she has been sick for the past eight weeks

Being= this is used when we will find the verb 'is,are, were'
E.g, she is being jovial.
This is my little understanding.

In short, all primary auxiliary verbs. (Am, is, was, were, are). When u see any of dz verbs in d sentence u wanna construct, u use 'being' after it.
