How about rice and garden egg stew, very rich and delicious. I once saw a man in my hubby's village soaking garri with fresh pepper in a hot afternoon, learnt its a delicacy in that area.

The eba/fufu/amala with fried eggs is so unbelievable but true. I remember then in temporary accommodation in Uniben. A room mate came back from class and woke me up with a nice aroma of fried eggs with every necessary ingredient. the aroma was so powerful. The guy boiled a cup of water which I presumably thought would be for Tea. I was already saying "see flexing" only for him to arrange nice eba with the eggs. I told my friendes some days later and they all disagreed. While we were talking the wonderful bros came around and performed the debated ritual
