The Yar'Adua Administration today adopted a new Economic Policy Framework. This begs the question, has NEEDS now been discarded? Why do we find it very difficult to have stable economic policy in Nigeria? How can investors and/or employers plan under inconsistent policies like this. When a government under a party begins to undo the policies of a previous government under the same party (PDP), it is sad. Yar'adua did not tell us this during his campaigns.
