Gunmen made off with $54 million after attacking a Libyan central bank van in Sirte, 300 miles east of Tripoli, according to the official LANA news agency. The funds were on their way to the Libyan central bank's branch in that town, and had been flown into a nearby airport when the vehicle was intercepted on its way into town by “10 heavily armed men,” reports AFP. City officials said that the one security vehicle and its guards assigned to protect the van had been “unable to resist” the attackers, though the vehicles used in the brazen heist had been identified, and police were looking for the gunmen. A Sirte official said that two banks have been robbed in July, with robbers taking some $400,000 in those robberies. The incident has further drawn attention to the rising level of lawlessness in the country since the fall of Moamer Kadhafi, who released tens of thousands of convicts during the initial stages of the 2011 rebellion that eventually led to Western intervention and his removal from power.

That is the imperialists Americas foot print. Ok, what have they turn the once peaceful country to now? Jonathan with his filthy ways is gradually selling our sovereignty to them because of baseless selfish agradisement. With Jonathan's continue stay in power, we shall soon be lower than Libya in all negativities.
