First; Its comic not cosmic  Cartoons are made with Adobe illustrator/Photoshop + Flash + After effect. Comics are made with photoshop n Corel Draw Draw your comic with Pencil, Ink and scan into the computer, colour with photoshop n letter with corel draw n export as jpeg/png.
