Pls is the demand of asking graduates that passed all access bank interview to bring 10guarantors wch will open acct wif 300k each still on?

I dont think it guarantors they meant,cos a friend approach me to open account with his a code..i think it was designated to him and i shld drop sth huge as it was the last hurdle b4 gettin a job at access bank,I indeed open d account and made a 300K deposit for him.But it truly sucks,I was so dissapointed.
