I bought a 32' inches LG Plasma Tv from BESINI Nigeria LTD., Ado Ekiti branch in February this year with 2 years warranty. I discovered in July that the TV is faulty. It increases volume it self and whenever I try to low it, it won't work, the volume will just stay like that. At first I thought it's a minor issue but the present persisted so I had to return the Tv to the company.
The issue now is that the owner of the company keep giving me flimsy excuses every time I call him. He keep telling me to check back day after day. It's now a MONTH that this guy has been playing me.
Please Nairalanders help me by advising me on what to do and how I can get in contact with CPC. Thank you and God bless

@adconline I have googled CPC and I have sent mails to all the email address I saw on websites I got and I even called all d phone numbers I saw too but none was going through.
