Question is what level of armour. I have seen this piece of news in nearly every outlet I turned to this morning. Without the level of armour the facts are incomplete. Plus, armouring at the point of manufacture is very different from armouring after. Those who know understand |

vislabraye: I can't judge yet until I see the performance of the vehicle.Seconded. This looks like an "assembling point" to me, that shud be the right phrase not "manufacturing", Armoured Personnel Carriers are not plastic toys, it requires lots of manpower, time and resources to build. |

sonickay: Seconded. This looks like an "assembling point" to me, that shud be the right phrase not "manufacturing", Armoured Personnel Carriers are not plastic toys, it requires lots of manpower, time and resources to build. There's a thin line between assemblying and manufacturing especially in the automobile industry. Most car production factories owned by car manufacturing giants like toyota and co are 'assemblying plants'. |

For a vehicle to survive an IED it has to have a v shaped hull to deflect the blast away for the occupants. I would like to see a video of them testing it with ak 47 and IED blast. Seriously, is this what we need? This vehicle is of no benefit to 99 percent of Nigerians. The rich won't even buy it, it's made in Nigeria. |
