i have been inundated with stories of problems investors have with registrars ranging from lack of knowledge about the functions of registrars, their addresses, how they manipulate public offers and issues relating to unclaimed dividend.
More information is needed about registrars which could be shared in this thread. Although i cannot say i know much about them for now but i will bell the cat by giving the address of one i know.
