This car was purchased in May 2010, it has a meticulous maintenance track record, and is in very good shape. You may ask, why am I selling if the car is OK? I drive this car *every blessed day* through a regular holdup route, (Ajah) so I want to use the proceeds from this sale to buy another car, this time with automatic transmission.

Major maintenance activities (apart from normal servicing):

[August 5, 2010] A/C Compressor bearing replaced - it was noisy and I hate hearing funny noises in the engine bay
[December 11, 2010] Gear oil flushed and replaced.
[September 17, 2010] Steering arm for both front wheels changed - excessive wear and low lubricant was causing noises when turning right or left.
[February 10, 2011] O2 sensor changed - readings from a diagnostic tool said it needed replacement
[July 11, 2011] Timing belt changed, just to be safe.
[May 13, 2012] Changed the gearbox
[November 2012] Changed the water pump, bought brand new battery
[March 2013] Full exterior body paint, changed four shock absorbers
[September 2013] Bought four brand new tyres (not fairly used!)
