I have no idea. Some people believe that but I am not a fan of rumors and not interested in celebrities life at all so I cannot say for sure. Also some people think its just another Putin macho PR stunt, like his other macho activities. We always can nuke our attackers, but if we forget about nukes I think we are doing pretty well.
We can defend ourselves on our territory from I think pretty much anyone, including US, with the only exception of China. But if we were to attack someone we cold only win against a much smaller and weaker country. Only our defensive weaponry, like anti-air rocket launchers and airfighters are really good, anti-ship missiles are good too, but we don't have bases all over the world like US, we don't have fleet that can match even a quarter of US fleet, our attack submarines are few and their stealth isn't even close to that of US. If US were to go in war with Russia without any allies I think there would be a stalemate since the only way to get here is either by air or by water and we can defend both, though we cannot counterattack.

As for China, the only thing that can stop them is nukes. Their army is larger than ours and they have more conscripts to recruit, their industry during the war can easily outproduce ours by a large margin. The only reason why China doesn't rule the world with the iron fist yet is because their naval power is far lesser than even that of Japan, not mentioning US. But if China and US were on the same continent Chinese would win in 1v1, without any doubt.

No. Russia doesn't have enough navy or bases to get sufficient amount of troops to Africa, not mentioning that we cannot completely defeat a country with several millions of people even if you were right on the border with us, since you'd just go full partisan and we will get stuck in whoever we are fighting against like USSR was stuck in Afghanistan. Though if by victory you mean just overthrowing some government I think we can actually do it even without engaging in conflict, just fund some rebels, send some agents and provide weapons CIA style.
If you mean just Russian army, navy and airforce vs Nigerian army, navy and airforce agains each other in neighboring countries without using any 'unfair' tactics like using civilians or kids, then ofc we win, I think there won't be much trouble in winning over Egypt or SA as well or any of the 3 mentioned combined. We have air superiority, long range rockets to destroy infrastructure and high valuable targets like command posts, anti-air and anti-rocket defense to keep rocketry and cold war era airfighters/bombers at bay and sattelites to provide the data on enemy.

Yes, they are a small country, their airforce is very small although very advanced compared to its neighbors, their navy is weak, their land army is tough but still a lot smaller than ours and not much more advanced. They have good anti-rocket defense (Iron dome) but I doubt it can hold against a bunch of BM-something MRLs. Israeli force is very good at dealing with technologically inferior enemies, for everybody else they have US. The biggest threat which comes from Israel is not their army or air force though, its their fleet of nuclear ICBM equipped subs which will retaliate to everyone in case Israel falls.

There are some cold parts or periods in Nigeria. I suspect they would still be hot for you given Russian climate.

That's quite a long topic. In short Lenin did nothing of real value and quickly died, Stalin took over, purged his rivals and forced quick industrialization at the cost of human lives. In the end he managed to win the war thanks to gained production capacity.
Capitalism, socialism, etc - nobody really cares, they are just ways of doing things, not the goals. People are nostalgic for USSR because it extensively did scientific research and explored space, built nuclear battlecruisers and colonized artic tundra, not for socialism, while Russia only maintains about a half of USSR capabilities and doesn't really improve much.
Westerners are viewed as an bunch of people who are stuck in hedonism and care for nothing but their own pleasure, hence very small output of really boundary-pushing achievements (like LHC or Curiosity) and almost no significant improvements in science since like 1995 (singificant like Einstein relativity theory or nuclear reactors), current capabilities are mostly the same, except for biology and nano-sized physics. Even computers didn't change much except for size and performance. At least they managed to get the right to smoke marijuana, legally purchase prostitutes and allow gays and pedophiles to adopt kids.
First, there was no communism here, only a socialism. Second, I haven't lived in USSR so I will just retell you what others told me.
Common goods were in abundance, they were cheap and could work for years (I use a can opener made in 1966, many clinics and hospitals use soviet blanks for their paperwork because they cannot deplete them even after 20 years ), especially military things, but their assortment was very small (especially in clothes and boots) so many people lusted for imported goods which were a sign of wealth and importance (though old people say it was like that only in 80s). Very common was was mass participation in different organizations, like Octobrist for kids, Pioneering for teens, Komsomol for youths and Communist party for adults. Many people say that being a Pioneer during childhood was cool since they were taught lots of valuable skills there like surviving in wilderness, fishing, making fire, working in groups, usage of gas masks, etc. Corruption was prevalent and if you were a director of a factory you could have expect much more than an average worker. Bureaucracy was always a problem, since they only let their relatives and friends hold well-paid positions and to get anything done you had to bribe and bribe and bribe.
