ENDOMETRIOSIS.

From a dark ball i fell
saw light nd scream of fear
they laughed as i cry
then,i did'nt know why
in time i did all i must
thinking joy would stay long

On my bed i bleed nd scream
deep pain i felt within
wonderin wat has caused dis
answers not forthcoming
a conclusion i draw within
i must av been stabbed in my
dream.

A tale,none i could tell
within i kept my fear
the pain so much to bear
with thought of bleeding to death
aloud i whisper in one ear
trying to share my fear

Aloud she spoke of my plight
again,they laughed as i cried
this time,i did know why
a curse they say on all my kind
this is different,i said shy
only if they knew it wasnt a lie

my treasure grew old with me
for pain a companion to me
even,a greater pain cling to
pleasure
i pray years fly
so i embrace my cursefree days
for my pain last only as long as i bleed.

This is so lovely..did you write this after Nike Oshinowo's revelation?and coming from a male,I'm really impressed.

I didn't understand some lines though

"they laughed as i cry"

"Aloud she spoke of my plight"

Who/what is she and they..I'm guessing it's a figure of speech but what does she/they represent?

@Tinkybabe yes her revelatn inspired me.Abt d line THEY LAUGHED AS I CRY,wen a child comes out 4rm the mums womb(dark ball)the 1st thing she does is cry,at that sametime every1 around is happy nd laughing.
.
ALOUD SHE SPOKE OF MY PLIGHT,wen a girl sees her period for the 1st time, she tells someone(she)about it nd that person will say it outloud like ''my girl has become a woman''
Though i was dramatic there
i hope you understand it now, read it again nd you would enjoy it more.you can access more of my work from my have''FROM THE DEEP OF IMAGINATION''
