Capableben: One thing that added to my depression about the lingering ASUU strike is the environmental/structural failure here in Jalingo, the state capital of TARABA.

I will be subsequently sharing photos from Jalingo market and the street whih leads to the market.......They re very appalling though.....

What you've described as appalling here is not as good as what some people have posted to describe as development in their states

Now I see why they keep invading the north against all odds

All I can see is an apalling photographer who holds his camera upsidedown and sometime stands on his head to take pictures.
