nikkyshyne: Hello house. I need your help, how do I prevent leg/toe cramps while driving?

I have been active in driving for the past 3 months and I experienced my 2nd cramp today. Thank God I was close to my house when it started. It was really bad.

So guys, what really causes it? How do one prevent it? And what can we do when it happens?

Cramps while driving? I have never experienced any and i have done 12 hours consistent driving severally. Your best bet will be to pull over, leave your engine running, glasses wound up and A/C on, stretch your seat backwards and stretch your legs, doodle with your toes for a while, and if in a safe environment, walk briskly away to and from the car, you will be fine. However if you are in a dangerious or believed dangerous environment, stay put in the car and stretch the legs.
