This complications only came as a result of man disobedience, for if man had obeyed God's word, it would never have happened.

For it also gave Satan access into nature's original structure to confuse and alter things with the intent to spoil all the good work that the Creator had done in the beginning, which was why God was saddened when man disobeyed His Word despite all the warning, for He knew it could lead to complications such as this.

Their case is really unique so under such a unique circumstance, i believe God would give them special consideration since it's not of their making that they are in such a complicated situation, for God has shown over time to be very fair.

And they could even seek help from Him on how to address such a situation, for God the Creator has the solution to everything.

Since it's a case of a man and a woman both in one body, with respect to sexual organs, so if they use the male sexual organ(pen!s) to have sexual intercourse with a female sexual organ(vagina), except in the case of fornication or adultery, it should be in accordance.

And if they use the female sexual organ(vagina) to have sex with a male sexual organ(pen!s), except in the case of fornication or adultery, it should be in accordance.

It is best they decide which they want to be, and stick with it, with respect to a gender.

What Scripture instead says is that man and woman were certified "good" — of righteous quality— by God after He created them.

2. Well, Scripture also says that God cursed man and woman meaning no longer were they able to produce that which is holy— perfect/pleasing to God— from even their loins - Genesis 3 vs 16. Essentially, all humans are born flawed — defective in some way — from their mother's womb —cursed by God.

3. God is not your religious leaders who discriminate against homosexuals and hermaphrodites. The Law of Moses, the national constitution in the land of Canaan, made same-sex intercourse a sin.
