I jst rceived invitation for interview frm d above company to be held tomorow for Process Engineer position. Pls who knw d nature of dere interview and dere payment for som1 wit 4 yrs of experience. Pls anybody wit informatn abt dis company can assist m.pls i nid ur help o housemate.sriosly nid job change.

I don't know about their interview or their pay but I'm giving u guarantee that the company is up to the task.. they work on debit cards to most commercial banks in Nigeria and their processing is ok

i did my i.t there while in the university. to me, the company is just farely ok. .. and about the interview, think i witnessed one or two wen i was dere, its going to be challenging , so i ld advise u brace up for the challenge, u might just end up spending the whole day there.

... But i heard most of the HR personnels i know then have moved on to higher places now, so i cant be too sure of their new system.

whr did u do d interview ? the workfactory @ isolo or the main office. if you ll be working in isolo, u go work oo. incentives are nt that encouraging too, this is not to discourage u , its just the norm with most one-man biz in nigeria. One thing i enjoyed while with them is the lunch. *Dts really smthin i miss n i know u are goin to enjoy*.

hmmn... what else can i remember again, their xmas package was great for all staffs with staffs getting encouraged with differnt incentives(monetary and otherwise)

salary structure : cant say much cos its bn ova 4yrs i was with them, buh its sure a nice place to start with in the Card sector.

career wise.. i wnt deceive u, the moment u set your foot there, u start thinking of how to go to some other card-companies because its a plus to the other cmpanies you worked there. its like the best chip n security card cmpany i knw in the country .
Now.... Environment okay, incentives fair, buh ur career in d cmpany , i really cant say. * it depends on so many factors* . i remembered then, a guy came bck to the cmpany after doing his masters abroad, after aving wrked in the cmpny for a yr bfor he left, to come head over all his colleagues they strted together.
career-wise, u easily get promoted based on the extra knowledge u gather.

Their pay ; 4yrs ago , it was just fairly reasonable. ... i think it was like 80/90 for a fresh graduate with no experience .dnt av a clue of the xperienced ones. Fast-forwarding to now... i think they wld av improved cos they av all the resources to, I really dnt see u getting anytin less than 180k (my assumption, dnt hold my word for it, buh u can thank me later ).
