[size=15]ASSISTED SERVICE ENROLMENT[/size]

1) Applicant walks into any NIN Enrolment Centre and request for Enrolment assistance.
2) An Enrolment Officer assists you in picking and filling out the Enrolment Form.
3) Enrolment Officer collects the form and inputs your information into the Pre-Enrolment Database format on the System.
4) You will be able to verify and confirm your data on the System as it is being fed into the Electronic Database format.
5) Your headshot photograph, fingerprints and signature are then captured.
6) Enrolment Officer scans the supporting document provided by you.
7) Your Enrolment is acknowledged by the issuance of two slips to you, one indicating a tracking reference number with NIN indicating the completion of your Enrolment.
8 ) Applicant is free to leave the Enrolment Centre. Applicant's NIN will be communicated via SMS or E-mail, if it is not ready within five(5) minutes after enrolment.



[size=15]SELF-SERVICE ENROLMENT[/size]

The NIMC Enrolment self-service is simple and easy. You can either enter your data directly into a workstation on fill the form provided.

1) Walk into any NIN Enrolment Centre and advance to any available self-service workstation or pick up an Enrolment form.
2) Fill in your information into the Enrolment form or workstation. If you used a workstation, print a summary sheet with a 2D Barcode and Registration Identification number.
3) Proceed to the Enrolment Officer and submit your printed summary sheet or your filled Enrolment form with which, tge Enrolment Officer can access or input your information into the Pre-Enrolment Database format.
4) You will be able to verify and confirm your data on the System as it is being fed into the Electronic Database format.
5) Your headshot photograph, fingerprints and signature are then captured.
6) Enrolment Officer scans the supporting document provided by you.
7) Your Enrolment is acknowledged by the issuance of two slips to you, one indicating a tracking reference number with NIN indicating the completion of your Enrolment.

[size=15]ONLINE ENROLMENT[/size]

The NIMC online enrolment is simple and easy. All you need to do is visit the NIMC website.

1) Applicant visits NIMC website http://www.nimc.gov.ng to access the Enrolment Form.
2) Applicant fills the Enrolment form online and prints a summary sheet with a 2D Barcode and Registration Identification number.
3) Applicant thereafter walks into any NIN Enrolment Centre. There, the Enrolment Officer scans the 2D Barcode to pull up the Applicant's data or uses the Registration Identification Number to pull up the information from the Pre-Enrolment Database.
4) Applicant verifies and confirms the Enrolment data on the system.
5) Applicant has his/her headshot photograph, fingerprints and signature captured.
6) Applicant has his/her supporting document scanned.
7) Your Enrolment is acknowledged by the issuance of two slips to you, one indicating a tracking reference number with NIN indicating the completion of your Enrolment.
8 ) Applicant is free to leave the Enrolment Centre. Applicant's NIN will be communicated via SMS or E-mail, if it is not ready within five(5) minutes after enrolment.
