Hi guys, I have been thinking of starting my catering business in Lagos(i catered in Taraba) but its strictly home made Ibibio food like cocoyam porridge(ekpankukwo),Atama,Afang,Edikan ikon Afia fere(White soup) ,Ekpan,Ekpan boro etc. All the richness of the native pple in Lagos down to the palmoil(its brought from Akwa Ibom) FOR starters,Im thinking of cooking just on weekends and my targets are bachelors or people that just want fresh food thats high in iron and veggies.And my prices are fairly reasonable though Regards |
