As often as it loses its value-the bristles are brown and going in every direction and you are ashamed someone may see it  Ok, the brush makers say every 3 months and dentists agree. |

There shouldn't be a specific time to change toothbrush, It depends on the quality and durability of the toothbrush u re using. Change ur toothbrush as soon as u think it has gone bad, Irrespective of the duration; one week, one month or one year. |
