I was in warri 2 years ago,I discover the cost of living in warri is far higher than cost of living in lagos.u can build such a building with #7m or less in some areas in Lagos but Warri own will be like #9m ..but not been to Asaba before.

You're correct. I spent 970k on my roofing alone.

spent 400k on roofing woods and workmanship plus Carpenter's work.

Then got a company to install the roofing for 950k.
