as at yesterday morning, I was having about 120mb accrued from the global bounce mb data bonus I did a little browsing with it after loading about another 200Naira but to my surprise, all my 200 naira was deducted as and when I checked the data, there was nothing left . I recharge another 200 naira around 7pm and till now, no 30mb was giving to me. Glo, what is going on, is this another scam from you?

i experienced same ds morning o, just noticed i had zero balance and i called customer care to complain abt wiping my money bt he told me i was browsing wt my credit. to my suprise i checked my balance for my bonus acct and its at zero level.

I can confirm this report as totally true without any atom of lie cos I'm the worst hit & because I had about 1130MB accumulated for over 2 months loading airtime on frequent basis all wiped out as at today without any trace.

The last airtime I loaded 2 days ago said I had data validity till 10th being tuesday next week & today is yet 6th & my MB is gone just like that.

They wiped my over 1gig data some weeks ago, now i started all over again by loading credit like mad to have data back up like b4. Now they don't even give me chance to check my data balance again as #124# then 4 does not work again on phone. Can anybody help on how i can check my data?

Those glo people are thieves. I called customer care, they said I have used it up which was a lie cos I normally off data when going to bed every night.

I was having more than one gig few weeks ago if not for my new Android phone that consumed it to below 100 mb, my validity is next year April. now,.globalcom has stolen it all. This is daylight robbery

The worst is that they've stopped all the codes that can check your data balance.Now I can't even check my data balance since late yesterday till now.I just loaded airtime now & there's no way to confirm if they even gave me the 30MB.

I was using their #124*4# initially but they stopped it & I started using their new #122# & since yesterday evening it won't work anymore.

I can relate with this. I had over 300mb few days back, I just topped my recharge with 200naira and did not bother to check if they gave me the normal 3mb or not but as I tried browsing yesterday, I started getting messages of how many bytes I used and amount taken. I checked my data balance and saw it has been swept..

I simply substituted the Glo sim with Etisalat immediately, no time.

The same thing happened to me. My 60MB free bounce data bonus was wiped off yesterday morning and I have been bombarding customer care and it is yet to be refunded. The worst thing I experienced today is the fact that, when my data counter was reading 3.70MB data usage, GLO instead said I have used 15MB from my free data bonus. I think their madness have started again.

I just thank God that it didn't happen when I was having more than 1gig. global just have to do something about this
