Both Supes and Bats moms bear the first name "Martha ". Martha Kent and Martha Wayne (Funny enough, I never noticed this till the movie).
Luthor had Martha Kent, Supes mom, hostage. Which was why Supes went to meet Bats in the first place. So at the point when Bats wanted to kill him, he told Bats, "You're letting him (Luthor) kill Martha (Kent) ". Bats, not knowing that Supes mom was also Martha, was shocked as to how Supes knew his (Wayne's) mother's name and thereby held off on killing him.

Some low budget movies are nice too but their budget might mean limited theatres too. E.g Moonlight abi Moondance. Ive not downloaded it yet but it is low budget and has limited exposure.

I don't over look low budget movies. A sure clincher is when I am considering a movie and check how much it made. Once I see 100m and more I am getting it.

Imdb ratings can also be misleading but box office sales if still high after one week. It's most likely worth the watch

Obviously, you've watched all 2016 movies.

First off, Supes ain't a god. He's god-like but he has an accessible weaknesses. Green kryptonite. And as a Supes fan, then you should know his fights with Doomsday are usually fatal. **spoiler alert** All DC fans know Supes ain't dead so nothing to get emotional about. Except you have no idea, at which point you're OYO with your feelings.
Batman is the closest to a human superhero that we'll ever get. Even though he's incredibly smart, he still gets played by Luthor. That's human, showing he's not infallible. Batsy is one of the most dynamic and improvisational superheroes but that doesn't mean he can't be overwhelmed.

I don't really like to tell people what people to like. But if you don't like The Dark Knight trilogy, then why are you watching superhero movies? Do you even know anything about Batman? Please read up first http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Batman
He's a billionaire with an advanced tech section in his company. I can't recall a bat costume with wings. Are you sure you don't mean Batwing? He's usually without gadgets when he's not wearing his suit. So he's not helpless, he's just protecting his identity. Sure, there's nothing inspiring about the guy who gave up personal relationship and good night sleeps to fight crime.
Batman is human, not superhuman. He had ample preparation for his fight with Supes coupled with the fact that Supes didn't want to fight him. He was out of his league in the Doomsday fight.

I'm glad you could appreciate WW. She's really one of the finer points of the movie. And I'm very hopeful concerning her solo movie. Batman was weak in that situation but he's no rebel or coward. Even against a foe he had no hope of beating, he stood his ground. That's basic courage.

What revelation?

Please keep your hate to yourself. Batman vs Superman : Dawn of Justice is a good movie. It could have been better. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. The high expectations are the reasons why many people find it dissapointing. But it is definitely not a horrible movie. And certainly not the worst movie of all time.

Metacritic scoring system is fairer and realistic compared to Rotten Tomatoes' scoring system. Rotten Tomatoes is overrated in general outlook. You can also try Roger Ebert, they have a consistent and reliable scoring system for movies.
