A friend of mine adviced me to use slimming soap so as to shed some fat on my tummy and my upper hand. I'll like to know if anyone in the house has used it and if it actually works. What other method can i use?

Nope, they dont work (maybe an inch in 5yrs), just a waste of money. Just heed Moyola's advice, get on the treadmill fast.

~If going to the gym is too much of a hassle,try doing this . . 10-15 min everyday. . as you get use to it,increase the time . . . works for me


~Try doing some hand motions in a circle clockwise & anti clockwise as you would if you were cleaning your window 
~Buy dumbells you cud use at home Or put water in two 75ml bottles & use it as dumbells . . do the armlifts


~works wonders for you upper arm ~


~For your tummy,good ole situps . . . try lying down on the floor & tucking your feet under your coach ^{if there's space} as you lift your back off the floor !!


~The Invincible bicycle works great for your legs too . . peddle both legs in the air lying flat on your back . .  I tend do this while am watching tv

I actually bought one of those. It didn't do a thing but it smelled lovely though

fake and lies don't waste your money even if you have plenty of it.

how can an ordinary soap make one lose pounds? omg this is a big fat liar.

the good old lo' exercise works best and some good diet.
