Why do we fight ourselves for this brutish politicians?

Why are nigerians the most gullible and docile set of people?

Why are we so easily decieved by our politicians?

Another election is by the corner and yet we have so easily forgotten the events that shaped the last election.

Why cant the nigerian citizens ask some pertinent questions about the intentions of our politicians from all divides. From one party to another, from one etnic group to another, from one zone to another, from one religion to another, one come thing that all this politicians possess is their common and selfish interest hence you see them sing their national anthem " NO PERMANENT FRIEND, NO PERMANENT ENEMY BUT THERE IS PERMANENT INTEREST". They sing this their national anthem to our ears yet we thing the fight for the ordinary people.

The overheating of the polity by this selfish poiticians will not consume them nor their family members but it will consume the ordinary citizens. As i type all this politicians have sent their wives, children and family members abroad why they hit up the polity for those who gain nothing or struggle for the crumbs of their loot.

When are we going to realize that we are fighting and killing ourselves why their children's account continues to read billions of dollars.
When are we going to realize that each fight and killings only end up giving this men private jets.
When are we going to realize that GEJ's children, Tinubu's children, amaechi's children, obasanjo's children, tukur's children, tambuwal's children, Buhari's children, mark's children, all the governors, senators, house of rep members children are not even in the country and will not go to the battle front.

The big question is, who is fighting for our common good? Who is fighting to eradicate poverty? who is fighting to give us quality education? Who is fighting to get us employed? Who is fighting to strenghten our economy?

If all the politicians continue to make us fight and kill ourselves for them to get power or retain power, then that power is nothing. If there is no peace and unity among we nogerians then that power is nothing.

Another election is here! They will start to tell us things we have heard before in another way. They will start their usaual stories, their usual decieving, their usual begging, their usual skelewu and kukere dance on stage while the citizens will be holding umbrella and broom down stage.

Let us stop fighting and killing ourselves for all this politicians. Let us stop it, for while we the citizens sing our nigerian national anthem that unites us, they sing their national anthem that divides us.
