All application school and MCF will be same time, August!
A transcript is a compilation of all your senior secondary school result (ss1 to ss3) in one single sheet of paper.

If it's in JPG format, change it to PDF (3 of them) at http://www.convert-jpg-to-pdf.net/

After changing them, just merge the three now PDF 3 page transcript to one at www.pdfmerge.com

No special documents, just the MCF app form.
