we need this early, nigeria is nt and have nt been genuiely set up. Imagine the Finance that is used 4 the whole nation, its effects whn use on the South? If u see, much project are directed to D north, it shouldnt be our headache if they are sprawling big. U decide to fund them like that with funds u may empty the whole south south for some deceptive ppl.
