Uganda is a very conservative country Nd has made law to ban women frm wearing anything above the knee, any dressing that shows Part of the body(breast etc) and music or video that is provocative, just waiting for president to sign it into law.
Well for once Africans re reasoning well, to preserve our heritage, culture n values.
ladies shud dress decently, u don't av to expose ur body to look Attractive or dress like a slut.
Most films n musical videos now re rubbish, soft porns wit nothingto offer.
Our authority shud regulate films n musical videos n ban those not good.
That's my view.
