Nice write up...but sry nairalanders,notin eases labour pain ooo,if u like do all d exercise,when d day of delivery comes u will still experience dat sharp pain,all u pray is that d child comes faster than expected,for those with easy labor pains,it is just their luck n God on extra special duty of testimony dat day

Prenatal exercises are healthy for pregnant mothers and their babies. Pregnant moms should exercise at least 30 minutes daily. About 13 best prenatal exercises for expectant moms. They fall under 2 categories:

1. Cardio workouts which include:
Swimming
Walking
Running
Ellipticals, stair climbers, treadmills,s, and rowing machines
Group dances or aerobic classes
Indoor cycling
Kickboxing
High-Intensity Interval Training workouts (HIIT)

2. Strength and flexibility workouts which include:
Weightlifting
Pilates

Yoga
