Specification of d 3bdrm is below;
3 bedroom all room ensuit,
elevated dining (like 3 steps),
veranda
Kitchen wth store.
Ceiling - 2 by 2 like those of first bank, while palour & dining is POP ceiling.
Fencing of half plot of land - 120 by 30ft with d gate.

The land is in Lagos mainland.

3million can cover materials,building, roofing with aluminum and plastering.
