Aliexpress. I paid for an item yesterday and the alert just arrived this evening.

I have always notice that when ever ACCESS Bank charge $160 to #1. GTbank ends up charging #168 to $1. I just can't take this #173 sha. I have to go to the bank tomorrow. or I will end up opening a dispute

The banks are still the most convenient option as far as these cards are concerned. But there are third party services and companies that can place the order on your behalf while you pay into their bank account.
