1. Firstly if you have an android device that runing a lower version of android OS,you can still run the latest android 4.3 Jelly Bean without upgrading it’s operating system software.

2. The Android version 4.3 OS is the latest as at the time of writing this post and with these latest android OS,you can use on your Android device. In case your android device is not capable of updating to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean or you can not find a CUSTOM ROM for your android device or even flash a CUSTOM ROM on it,you can still get Android 4.3 Jelly Bean running on your android phone with this little tutorial i have for you here now.

3. Sometimes you might have a particular android app you cherish so much, but you can not install it on your android phone because the operating software is not up-to-date. With this little tricks,you can still use the application on your device.

1. Android 4.3 isn't the latest, I'm running 4.4 kitkat on my nexus 7 2013

2. If you do all these you would only get customisation, its only theming those apps are mere launchers, you won't get the performance of your so called android 4.3, check your settings~about phone~
You'll still se your normal android version.!
