ever since i bought this tecno phone just to be part of android users ,its been from one trouble to another

a nairalander introduced how to use etisalat bis on android which i did now and #1,100 has been deducted and i was given 15 mb,the worst is that they are also deducting from my account for browsing.i followed the proccedure perfectly,i have changed the apn yet i didnt see any 3gb

pls help me guys,even if to retrieve half of the money or even get the normal 200 mb they give for a month

I think you probably didn't do something correctly, ordinarily, you are supposed to be given 3gig if you've followed the due procedure.
