Eeeya sorry ma binu. I experienced mine last week Thursday, friday and Saturday. I even tot my subscription is expired until I subscribed and they message me dat I still have an active subscription. I called the customers service, the lady acknowledged d fact dat thy are having isSue with BIS . She promised to help modify my line. I think she does because d service was restored about 20min after I had called. LOBATAN
