The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) presented a bowl of rice as one the registered voters during the recently concluded gubernatorial election in Anambra State. Only a stark illiterate would be so dumb as to not see this is a bad photoshop design. So, a picture of said Voter Card was snapped, and NO folds came out? Are SaharaReporters followers this horrifyingly DUMB?
