After carefully reviewing the lives of bothe Nelson and Winnie I have come to the conclusion that Winnie fought more of the war while Nelson watched from being closed doors....she shud be the one telling the story

The Afrikaans, ie the white South Africans, don't like Winnie, so they forced Nelson Mandela to forsake her as a condition for peaceful integration of black and white, which he accepted, but there is no integration. Winnie is VINDICATED.

That poor woman got pulled into the struggle by a husband who spent little or no time with her or the children he had with her. She had to carry that on her shoulders together with being constantly harassed by the Apatheid govt.

The little ten year olds death was wrong but it was a struggle and such evils happen. She was left to bare the brunt of the repercussions of what others did.

I hail the lady for keeping up the fight all those years.

Mandela cannot blame her for any affairs she had or continued to have after his release. He left her for 27 years, what did he expect.

I love winnie mandela, she is the epitome of great strength, resilience and great courage in the face of evil.

She stayed true to the people right till the end and never swayed from her stance, unlike Mandela she never sold out.

Mandela let her down badly by giving in to the demands of the apartheid govt who saw her as a threat.

Winnie herself stated that Mandela sold out his own people by brokering a deal which effectively betrayed the blacks and allowed the whites to hold on to everything they stole.
