Personally i feel kk still shows some sign of respect a bit, maybe the girl is not so comfortable chatting, like for instance in a bus, classroom e.t.c.
The painful one is after you type heaven and earth and she answers with just 'K'.. that signifies "LEAVE ME ALONE PLEASE"
