I was at d venue, d state director categorically said those who got the text were those that scored 17 and above...that only one person scored 57 and only six people actually scored more than 30...in his words,the actual cut off mark was 44,buh seeing the level of failure,they had to reduce it to 17. Yet only very few people scored 17 and above.
