Please, I've never had a driving license, how do I go about it and please where's the VIO, BIR, FRSC office located..

How much does it cost iin Port-harcourt and please I wanl the legal process?


I justt completed my driving school and I have my certificate.

BIR is on William Jumbo street, Old GRA while FRSC office is along Aba road I think.
I don't know what it takes for first time applicants though.

I would advise you go to Road Safety Office at Aba Road and apply directly. I applied for mine there, but the problem is the long procedure that it entails.

Pls be advice that you don't need an agent to process ur driver license. Go to FRSC on baa road by the flyover at kaduna street junction. They will advice you on the steps to take.
