empty estates ar quite enuf or let's say semi–occupied ones. Diff factors cause it really. some were overpriced right frm da start, som took too long 2 build so now dat da cribs ar ready, dey're going 4 too much etc
Am around again, we gat crib @ Apo Legislative Qtrs, been driving around (seen da new shoprite @lokogoma side, got s decent shaving kit, not bad, thank yer!) but i gotta say dvlpt‘s on d upsurge yet i can still enuf un-let, vacant property lots &blocks all over da place.
