pls fellaz help a brother out. Ur suggestions and advice is highly needed.
All my life I hv bin living a fake life and I and I alone knows this. I pretend to be happy but iam not
I have soo many veins that r too visible coming out of my hands for so long now that that I dare not wear short sleeve any more becos of the ridicule I get from pple . I know many pple won't undastand wat am saying here bt I dnt believe the kind of veins on my body are normal any more becos it is too much that u might be tempted to run wen u c it, and mind u I dnt do any strenous work/job. This issue is killing me deep inside everyday
Wat cud be the cause and solution please

It happens to me too, but for me it's caused by w**d,I don't have any visible vain when i woke up every morning, but once bliff the first stick,puff my muscle shoot out .....LOL

*Stress

*It happens when you are hot, because your veins carries red blood and some waste product around the body......


Solutiion

* Stay away from drugs

* Stay away from stress

* Stay cold all the time .................

PS: It happens to everyone in this world, you have been staring too much at yourself and you are freaking out

Whats there to be ashamed about ? Leave yourself the way you are. You dont know that expanded veins allows proper flow of blood across the body? I dont know why you cant be proud of your build. I also have it but i really dont care. It wont stop me from getting miss world if i have to.

Can u imagine. It took a doctor 4 tries and several needles to find a vein on my body last monday. If u don't do stressful work and u don't gym and u are not bleaching, then ur case is special and I cannot help u. However u can try relaxing and cold baths

Too much of carrying weight

I do have same issue, but I realized mine is due to body fat lost, I lose so much energy due to frequent sex. bulging veins all over my hands and even legs. picture bellow
