All des are practical and reall examples dat we all no about. u are right only 1 candidate is selected from non catchment state for competitive courses(eg med,pharm,nursing,mass com,accounting,law) in Abu.once a candidate scores higher than you as a non catchment for a competitive course,if u like be d 2nd best,u are out.but can be offered another course(less competitive).
