Mehn....i just love those kitchen tiles and the skirting. Such a pity that most parts of it will be covered by kitchen cabinets.

That wall looks old, perhaps thats why portions of it keep falling. Dear Spyder, do you plan to fortify it at some stage? Maybe the landlord and his neighbour should contribute money and do this. I don't want to imagine what may happen when people start living in this house and another portion collapses when there is heavy human traffic.

I am planning to have the whole foundation excavated again and another replacement fencing done. The old fence was not properly done.

Our staircase tiles got finished before we could complete the works. Also all the skirting tiles are finished so I had to go and buy more for work to continue.

We can now continue with the kitchen and bathroom walls today.

4 feet is N120,000
3 feet is N60,000 in Enugu.

A chaining beam midway, laying wood on top to stand for the next lines of blocks.

Some more kitchens ongoing, skirting tiles finished again. In the market now.

Some doors, floor tiles, etc work still ongoing.

Fallen fence cleared to the ground, we are starting work on it Monday

We have started works on this fallen fence

Thick plastering works done to the septic tank side of the soakaway system .

The manhole looking into the soakaway side, perforated to allow the seepage of waste water into the ground.

We are casting this decking today.
