PLS HELP...after I changed my course..I logged in to the.school website clicked on CHANGE OF COURSE nd I supplied my utme number then it displayed "Congrats u've bin offered a provisional admission,go to the admin office"...but there was nothing to print out...PLS REPLY

I went to school to change my course, then I was told to come back in 24hrs time. When I got to school d next day, i was given this... *pix below*

What was later confusing me was the "Print Form" i saw beneath this paper, so i was thinking maybe there's a form to print out.. . And then i went to a cyber Cafe today to print it out, I still got the same paper. I don't know if it's the form.

there is gonna be biometric but it hasnt commenced
hopefully next month and screening goes far beyond 3 months
