In a structured environment like ours, everything requires documentation. The work we're doing now may spill over to the wee hours of the day and it's against the rules and regulations of the estate.

So I'm meeting the estate manager for "Extended Work Hour Permit" in case we will ever need it.

Pouring K-024 | The Success Formula

Just like ants carrying crumbs. Everyone is an active part of this pour.

- First, there's God who gave us good weather and also made it a stress free job.
- we use 3 bunkers per machine
- we have 6 loaders on granite and sand
- 10 backwarders each on sand and granite respectively
- 40 forwarders
- 2 mixer operators
- 2 spreaders
- 2 finishers/bricklayers
- 3 carpenters
- 1 iron bender
- 1 poker vibrato operator
- 1 water man (there's a long hose and the generator is running non-stop)
- 2 cement man
- 20 bags of pure water (courtesy NextHome)
- 2 supervisors

So, we were able to achieve 20 loads per minute without stressing anyone. Funny enough, we do not need the estates "Extension of Work Hour Permit"

We had a plan that worked!

What are you building?

Are you building a home that is both beautiful and functional-one that includes conveniences to make everyday life flow more smoothly?

Or

Are you building an unplanned home leaving out all the important details and ended up being left with a laundry list of “I wish I would haves”?

Villa Rosa | Zero-Risk Real Estate Investment

Here's another "DIY Build" by NextHome for Brabus. We purchased and remodel an uncompleted 2 bedroom bungalow in 2014. Few remedial works were done and supplemental columns and supports were installed. Now, we have a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath on a very frugal budget.

Roof carcass done. Now, we are covering.

Note: I have no completion date in mind for this particular project. My attention and goal is geared towards achieving the best for less as always the tradition. I am Mr. "Se bo ti mo, elewa sapon" (Mr. cut-your-coat-according-to-your-budget). Whatever you see in the Chateau, the Villa must have.

Why red brick is the best for your next project.

* The best for our climate - Red bricks are thermally efficient reducing energy requirements, cool during warm weather and warm during cool weather.

* Cost effective production – Our red bricks are manufactured with only 10% cement to achieve 7MPa blocks after 14days of curing.

* Cost effective construction - No burning of blocks – cure for 14days during site clearance and laying foundations.

* Reduced labour costs – Interlocking blocks can be laid 3 times faster than cement blocks therefore less labour time per house and faster construction.

* Speed - When cured, the red bricks can be dry-stacked in the superstructure representing as much as a 30% saving in cost and time.

* Local Material – Our red bricks making machines hydraulically compress laterite mixed with very little cement into solid blocks.

* Local Delivery - Our machines are mobile for onsite bricks production and reducing costs on transportation.

brabus:

I beg to digress sir.

Have you finished digressing ?

Gbam

ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION, WERE YOU LOCKED UP IN A POLICE CELL BETWEEN 4-5TH OF AUGUST.... YES OR NO. THAT WILL SUFFICE.

No need to deny anything, here are the facts. Around the 4th of August, you were arrested and locked up at Ajah police station. I tried to call you over 20 times or so to no avail. Even your workers knew this, I wouldn't say which one so you don't go attacking them. It was a known fact, I dont know who you think you are fooling.

It was at this point that I terminated that Brabus was claiming to provide at the time, how can I be dealing with someone who is in a police cell to help look after a construction site. It just doesn't add up nor make sense.

Whilst I was sending all these messages, I didnt know officers were dealing with brabus using koboko ! Me just dey waste my time sending messages. Anybody who has been locked up in a cell with 12 or 15 other male inmates, and if you no get body or ur eye hard small, that person don enter one chance be that. I wonder if Brabus can tell us what the experience was like, I just hope you were not abused !!!
