I think it is rather early to write-off any team. Take a look at last reason. Chelsea had the best squad to win everything but ended up with nothing

This is all professor Wenger's doing. He could have bought quality players and kept the good ones he had, If he should continue this way, i don't see Arsenal winning any trophy.
