people should know that this is the fastest deveoping area in lagos-ibadan express way just after redemption camp. mowe that was sold at this price 5 years ago is already selling for 1.2 million per acre and that is if you get the real owner because land are being resold there at an alarming rate.

A bout land instalment payment, I will not advice you because so many offer of such are available but not all of them are realistic. At the end of the day it will be taken over by someone else and the land owners.

On the other hand you can get a cheap land in Nigeria arround Ota in Ogun State with just =N=350,000 only.

House for sale is also cheaper if you can afford one and it is of commercial value.
