Hi Kommy,
Congratulations! I think you should go for Zenith. Yes the pay at entry level is 70,000k but I learnt they could increase it soon. Your job is guaranteed and you are like ly to feel more relaxed. As for the other bank, the rate at which people are suspended is frightening. Believe me,u don't wanna go there girl!

well,,,throw dice!

Just kidding,,,me thinks Zenith is ok,my fear is that u might not be in mainstream banking and thus might not be well versed as u might be in intercontinental.do wat will make u happy anyway.

For someone that has seen the inside of Intercontinental, I would choose it over most Nigerian banks including Zenith. ET take home is 162k monthly aside other allowances like lunch, medical, etc. However, its for people who are high flyers and can excel under pressure. No employer will pay you to play,  which is what many people want. An Intercontinental person takes his job seriously and works smart to excel, But if you want to a place where you can eat Amala and go home,  pls stay away. Am Intercontinental any day, so long as am in banking.

@ maxxy!!!!
i b trainee 4 inter so i will tell u d latest, if u enter , u r likely 2 get et2 n d money is quite below 100k, meanwhile the training curriculum will show u that all other banks cannnot rub shoulders wit u wit respect 2 versitility in banking. so examine urself i.e what u want. meanwhile d future wii definitely be bright 4 u @ inter. itsup 2 u

well i will advice you to stay with intercontinental becos u will be more exposed yes they have strict measures but it is better.as regards to pay for ET ,inter pays higher they pay 98k,while zenith pays 85k (my sis and friend work 4 these banks so its is d right info) .and if u r not convinced follow your heart. i am happy 4 u and all d best.

But how much specifically does intercontinental pay? I hear there is no job security there. Can one be sacked for not meeting targets? I just love that bank - Intercontinental,
