Develop company?s community affairs policy
Represent company in all issues concerning 'impacted' communities
Manage all issues arising from community disturbances and advice management on the best way.


JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum of a University degree or HND in any relevant field, Minimum of 10 years experience in similar position, Knowledge of community negotiation processes and procedures is a must, Attendance of courses on meditation and conciliation will be an advantage, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
