why is so easy to blame people when they seek for alternative solution to their problem after series of failed prayers with God and night vigil. When somebody keeps looking for a child for years and later consult herbalist, we will start blaming them. don't talk about Abraham because he also looked for alternative solution by impregnating a slave girl.
people can pass through a lot of financial difficulties for years but God will keep quiet. when you now seek for help somewhere else, God will not be happy. don't tell me Gods time is the best because people in  their millions are in the grave who waited for years for that Gods time that never came.
don't you think heaven help those who help themselves?
isn't  it time we start looking for solution somewhere else if the help is not forthcoming from the church?

so you think that the criteria God uses to answer prayer is how much or how hard you pray, no my dear. your prayer can't use God to work for you but God can use your prayer to work for you. prayer is meaningless if nobody is answering and it is not how hard you pray.

no my dear. you always quote me out of context. what you dont know is that wether you seek herbalist or not, once you derail from what God said, you have sinned. seeking herbalist is not different from sleeping with your slave. the bottom line is that you are looking for alternative solution. solomon sought strange gods when God was not forthcoming. so also was Saul and many other like that. the bottom like is this, they left God in search of alternative solution.

If your point is that Abraham derailed by sleeping with a slave girl (no insults to the Egyptians), I can well bear with you. What you should understand is that God made him a promise and He fulfilled His promise.

At the cost of the world peace! if that promise had come earlier, he wouldnt have slept with the slave and there will be no muslims, no osama bin laden or religious differences. dont you think the promise came too late. a lot of harm had been done

Do you mean by herbalist a juju man? They are quite different. A herbalist makes medicines with herbs. In fact most medicines are made from herbs or certain active ingredients found in herbs. Me, I use herbs well well. I don't think it contradicts my religious faith. However employing the help of evil spirits to effect anything is a different matter altogether.

Lol, how could I agree with you when the facts clearly did not support your agenda? Won't that be below my station? i am just wondering whether God can just allow us to consult others when things are not really working.
unless we want to deny the obvious, thousands of people out there are trying to cut corners with Godand they seem to be getting away with it. so why can't we do the same thing?

Think Job. . .there was nothing super-human about him. Remember all you need is one as small as a mustard seed Alternative solutions always seem appealing,but the effects are not nearly as long-lasting as when you get God's help.

but, seriously speaking, job was a good example. only that he stopped having faith in Gods willingness to help him at a time. please, don't get me wrong. he knew God could do it but he was now wondering whether God was really ready to help him. the question is not wether God can do it but wether God is willing to do it?

but the truth about mustard seed is that it grows very fast. when Jesus was talking about mustard seed, he was talking about a faith that grows fast. so don't expect that you will always MOVE A MOUNTAIN SIZE PROBLEM WITH A MUSTARD SEED FAITH. otherwise jesus would not have marveled at the lack of faith that made it difficult to perform miracles among his people
with the early rain, the mustard seed germinate but with the latter rain it is already a big tree. that is fast men.

Consulting a herbalist in the first place is a SIN because they are devil worshippers. Secondly God answers prayer and PATIENCE is the word, christians are never patient they want their prayers answered immediately.

If you are patient enough and pray at the problem, God will answer it.
